De'Via

Principles and beliefs of Lanna people consist of 4 main factors

which are physical, spiritual, soul, and communal power (society).

These factors are holistic treatment; therefore, people

and the surrounding environment, sacred items,

and luck can explain the cause of the disease

because human body consists of 4 elements.

Our body consists of 4 elements which are earth,

water, wind, and fire and if these elements are out of balance,

we can get sick. 

 

With the simple lifestyle of Lanna people bound with nature,

thus creating wisdom to cure diseases with local herbs,

or as shown in the evidence that is traditionally referred to

as "Tam Haya"; with the curator called "Mor Ya" or "Mor Muang",

who bring their own local herbs from forests near their villages,

by the river, or planted in the backyard to make herbal medicine.

Regarding the above mentioned principles,

 

De'Via has brought the wisdom of our ancestors to further

develop our knowledge by presenting "Herbal Tea" in each menu.
